Role Summary:

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day Agency efforts on behalf of a client’s product or service for assigned account(s). The AE builds and strengthens internal and Client relationships, working with the account team to provide sound and responsible client counsel. The position also assumes financial responsibilities and supports team as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client projects from initiation to completion under supervision
  • Coordinate with team in developing projects
  • Participate in writing creative briefs and ensure briefs are followed by all team members
  • Oversee creative execution and ensure adherence to client identity/corporate guidelines
  • Manage and maintain weekly client status reports
  • Conduct weekly status meetings
  • Prepare timelines and contact reports
  • Develop project estimates with team
  • Track and manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses
  • Assist team in analyzing data and creating budgets with minimal supervision
  • Assist team in managing and analyzing finances
  • Build Agency and Client relationships
  • Maintain overall quality control
  • Participate in development of promotional plans

Note: Employee is responsible for other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Clear communicator, both oral and written
  • Understanding of the agency process

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: Eighteen months to three years of advertising or related experience
