Position Summary

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for providing account management support in coordinating day-to-day activities for the assigned client/product. The position assumes financial responsibilities, general office support, and marketing fundamentals. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain weekly client status reports
  • Prepare monthly billing reports
  • Attend monthly billing meetings with the finance department
  • Initiate new jobs within the agency
  • Initiate estimates for all jobs
  • Track and manage team hours and OOP
  • Prepare and maintain competitive information files (i.e. promotions, articles, etc.)
  • Maintain brand printed piece inventory
  • Handle any project work and provide support as requested by the team
  • Liaison with client regarding project submissions for Regulatory Committee Review and production needs (tracking spec sheets and project disk releases)

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (advertising, marketing or science major preferred)

Experience:

  • Six months to 18 months advertising or related experience

Other:

  • Organizational skills with the ability to meet demanding deadlines
  • Solid oral communicator with excellent listening skills
  • Demonstrates ability to follow-through and thoroughly complete assignments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze data and participate in financial management of accounts with direct supervision
  • Works effectively with all departments to manage flow of projects through IMsci
  • Facility with digital mediums from desktop and beyond
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking and time management
