Position Summary:

The Recruiting Researcher supports the North American Talent teams across recruitment initiatives. The Recruiting Researcher will be predominately responsible for managing job boards, sourcing for assigned positions, qualifying talent, and facilitating interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage postings on job boards such as college career sites, CareerBuilder, and industry specific sites
  • Source prospective candidates, across North America, for open positions using available job boards, applicant tracking system (ATS), and LinkedIn
  • Build relationship with Talent partners in NY, CT, MO, and DC offices
  • Understand culture and varying job scopes per office
  • Review and sort incoming resumes, identify qualified talent and schedule candidates
  • Identify and participate in career fair opportunities
  • Spearhead diversity initiatives: utilizing available job boards, career fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Responsible for maintaining the ATS system: enter employee referrals, add interview feedback, etc.
  • Manage agency relationships including contract negotiations and freelance staffing
  • Responsible for identifying non-creative freelance support as well as maintaining talent pool
  • Identify intern supervisors & recruit intern talent
  • Prepare for new hires arrival; includes mailing welcome cards
  • Conduct day one orientation; present Wunderman Thompson Health overview to new hires, provide floor tour, and coordinate the subsequent orientations
  • Complete reference checks and background submissions for new hires

Note: Employee is responsible for other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience: 6 months-1 year experience (including internships)

  • Exhibits proficiency in providing support and execution to recruitment
  • Demonstrates an understanding of recruiting concepts
