Position Summary:

Support the Chief Marketing Officer and partner with other departments within the agency to implement / facilitate the new business process, including RFIs, RFPs and pitches. Additionally, help promote organic growth by working with the agency growth team, promote agencies within the ghg network, and help cross-sell strategic partners (e.g. PARx).

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the new business process, ensuring the flawless execution of agency responses to RFIs, RFPs and new business pitches

  • Build trust with other departments in the agency and ensure that all project owners are aware of their deliverables and meet their deadlines

  • Carefully review RFPs and RFIs to ensure the ask is clear, the agency response is complete, and specific rules / requests are addressed

  • Analyze secondary research and subscription services to provide business intelligence on clients and competitive activity for their products

  • Keep the new business server organized and up to date, including project folders, case studies, presentation templates, and bios / headshots

  • Proactively follow-up with agencies within the ghg network to make sure the new business pipeline status document is updated weekly

  • Support agencies leading pitches out of other offices in the network by providing relevant credentials, capabilities, case studies and templates

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with client prospects, supported by a deep understanding of agency capabilities and case studies

  • Staying up to date on healthcare industry news and trends, by proactively reading trade publications and industry thought leadership papers

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Calm under pressure, solutions oriented and resourceful

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently

  • Comfortably working within a matrixed corporate environment

  • Highly detail-oriented / strong project management skills

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the advertising industry, preferably in new business, account management or project management, Healthcare experience preferred
