Role Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Associate Director of Talent Management and Senior Recruiter across recruitment initiatives. The Recruiting Coordinator will be predominately responsible for managing job boards, identifying freelance talent, coordinating onboarding initiatives, and spearheading the annual summer internship program.

Responsibilities

  • Manage postings on job boards such as college career sites, CareerBuilder, and industry specific sites
  • Identify and participate in career fair opportunities
  • Spearhead diversity initiatives for ghg: utilizing available job boards, career fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Review and sort incoming resumes, identifying qualified talent
  • Source prospective candidates for open positions using available job boards, applicant tracking system (ATS), and LinkedIn
  • Responsible for maintaining the ATS system: enter employee referrals, add interview feedback, etc.
  • Manage agency relationships including contract negotiations and freelance staffing
  • Responsible for identifying non-creative freelance support as well as maintaining talent pool
  • Identify intern supervisors, recruit intern talent, and manage activities of annual summer internship program
  • Complete reference checks and background submissions for new hires
  • Prepare for new hires arrival: administer paperwork for completion and create new hire bag
  • Conduct day one orientation with Sr HR Coordinator; present ghg overview to new hires, provide floor tour, and coordinate the subsequent orientations

Note: Employee is responsible for other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience: 6 months-1 year experience (including internships)
